A platform serving three very different people
IDÉLLO is TFO's flagship educational platform offering videos, series, books, and themed learning paths aligned with the Canadian curriculum. Its primary users are French-language teachers across Canada.
The library was impressive. But user feedback told a consistent story — finding the right resource took too long, and for teachers who plan lessons in whatever spare time they can find, that friction was enough to make them walk away.

Turning insights into a plan
With research in hand, the next step was to make sense of it all before touching any UI. We mapped user stories for each persona to identify must-have features for the MVP launch, then defined the full site structure to understand how users would navigate and where pages could share similar layouts.
